I might has spoke too soon. It says on my car screen update not installed and it disappeared completely from the Ford Pass app. ?

It coud be, but fortunately your car will run just fine without it.

Want to update, The day after I got this update I got 6.2 installed and I just had 6.3 install yesterday. One thing I will note is I noticed after 6.2 installed it drained my LVB to 62% so when I saw 6.3 was downloading I let my car sit in the driveway with the AC and radio off to let the LVB charge, after a few hours I got it back up to 95% and 6.3 installed with no issues =)

In the Fordpass app, if you go to Vehicle, Settings, Software Updates, Release Notes does it mention any recent updates?

I get this In the FordPass app but in the car it says not installed every time I’ve checked since 6/28. I’ve heard there is a .1 update right behind this one but the car display has the same ECG number as this so I don’t think it’s the.1 update

It's good that your car recognizes that you have a pending update but what you mentioned sounds like it hasn't started the download yet. If you're driving the car regularly you should eventually get it to download and install, give or take, 2 weeks if my memory is correct.

I drive 600 miles a week so it has plenty of opportunity to install. Bought the car 3 months ago and have 7,000 miles on it.

@rbertonieresr The update your OP was about went through. The one that failed is 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE that was sent three days later. It failed citing a releases notes transfer error? Not sure what that means, but that's what happened. This update is the re-release of the 6.2.0 OTA.
