First service appointment what updates do I need?

Have my first service appointment the first week of January for a couple issues with the LVB. What updates do I need to make sure get done while at the dealership. My dealership is clueless states my Mach E is the first one they have worked on. That kind of scares me a little. Any advice would be great so I can point them in the right direction.

You can look at the maintenance schedule(s) in FordPass.

When the dealer types your VIN into their system it will show what updates apply to your vehicle. You can ask them to show it to you. Can't miss it. Big yellow banner with the various into displayed.

There are no updates showing for your VIN.
You have had your car less than 1 month......what is the reason for the service appointment?
Usually first service is at 10,000 miles....

Keep getting low voltage notice, after the car sits for a couple days plugged in. Like I said dealership isn’t very confident in working on car just wanted to be able to give them a way to look if it needed any updates.

Okay. Good idea to get it checked out. I thought there might have been a TSB for this specific issue but I looked and didn't see anything. ??

When your dealer scans your vehicle, they might find some DTCs and those will link to appropriate TSBs if applicable. If your car is having an issue then the WSM (Workshop Manual) will walk them through the diagnostic process. ?
