Ford charger discount code, when?

Sorry! New owner and ton of questions, haha

I already got the Qmerit email and have that going on. But I still haven’t got a discount code for a charger from Ford. Dealership told me that one usually comes first? Couldn’t really get any out of Ford support so far. Any idea if this is normal? Have the car for 11 days now. Just want to get everything finally set up and am inpatient, haha

Sales person said “they did everything they need to” and confirmed with manager and that it’s all on Ford now..

Your salesperson can provide you the coupon code directly - it's listed in the system they use to claim incentives for each sale, in addition to being emailed to you.

This is my first Ford and prior 6 Cadillacs so maybe they spoiled me

When I picked up my '25, the sales manager carried the box with the charge station pro out to the car and put it in the trunk himself. Had the charger sitting in my garage for a month before, making a decision on where to mount it, before qmerit and the local installers came through to install it last week.
I would ask the dealer.

I think they changed that at some point to become a discount code. But yeah, not sure. It's all confusing.

If the dealer had it in stock, they are supposed to hand it to you. Otherwise you should be given the code before you left with the car.

Odd. They told me I should receive an email from Ford. Ford support also told me it should be 7-10 days before I should get it (it's been 12 days now..).
