Has any one used Ford Insure? which is administered by Nationwide.

I filled out the on-line quote which then said there was an error and to call.
They never answer the phone? I tried Nationwide directly and they don't answer the phone.
I have used Liberty Mutual Insurance for many years, but they no longer have customer service.
I had a policy issue which couldn't be fixed on the web-site. The phone then says your approximate wait time is 2 hours.
The Liberty Mutual EMU new tag line: “you’ll only pay for what you need, and good luck if you need customer service”
Both Liberty Mutual and Nationwide are very profitable, so you would think they would have customer service or at least provide a call back service.
