Hi everyone, need help. My car is in route and I reached out to dealer to understand what my options were with the Ford options program as that’s what I want to use. He said they aren’t accepting it/set up for it. I don’t believe that is accurate and I plan on telling him to have the finance manager reach out to the Credit Rep. anything else I can do?
Have the dealer contact their Ford Credit rep is the way to go. The Ford Credit rep has the resources to help the dealer get setup and trained on how Ford Options works. Do ask the dealer to reach out sooner rather than later. Depending on the dealer's computer system it could take a few minutes to a few days to get setup.

In expected Dealer fashion... I did not pick up my car today. Dealership told me its been delayed again to 14th of this month. When asked where is it in transit, they told me no idea. So by default, they will use the rate of the time reservation was placed? Because mine was in Nov of last year.
