Ford Options- cant get a straight answer from Ford

I'm a NC resident so it appears that ford Options financing is not available to me as an option. My question is, are the restrictions based on where you reside and where the vehicle is registered or where the vehicle is purchased. Could I drive across the state line to SC and have Ford options as an option? If anyone has had experience with this please let me know.

Based on where the car is registered. People buy vehicles out of state all the time. Dealer will do paperwork for the state you are titling the car in.

Ford Options is definitely available in SC...I used it in Columbia. Of course as the previous post said, it's where it's registered that matters.

It was available in SC back in March. Now Ford Options is not available anywhere.

And you were correct. It was previously available in SC.

I was just being clear that when you said "is definitely available in SC." Should be past tense now, just so no one is confused thinking it's still available.

Sure. I appreciate the clarification. I just don't follow all of the details much anymore since I've had my Mach E for almost 2 years now. I didn't know that Ford Options was no longer available.

Decision date for me is next summer. I have to decide whether to pay it off, or turn it in. Really loving the car though.
