Ford Pass App and charging

At times my Ford Pass will denote approximately when the finish charge time and sometimes it will not. Is this another of Fords well know “know. Issue” ?

Just a standard 120V charger I'm sure. Mine shows the same when I charge (I use the included Ford charger). Will upgrade to a Level 2 charger at some point but it's not a huge priority.

My fuse box is olmost 1000 feet away and would cost nearly $3K. I’m good with level 1. I work from home anyway
