I know there have been a lot of post about this, but i don't see my answer. I had to take my MME to the dealer for the update regarding the HVBJB failure. (I don't know why this couldn't happen OTA and the service mngr didn't know either!) That update took them all day. My car had been crazy since then:
1. My car doesn't recognize my PaaK to automatically load my preferences.
2. A few times one pedal driving was off which I find very dangerous.
3. My Ford Pass app won't govern my charge settings. I can select things in the app, but the SAVE button doesn't work and the settings don't register. I had to go into the car to set max charge percent and preferred times. (The location was in there correctly.)
Of course , this happened as JuiceBox has changed their app, and that isn't working either.
4. I tried the remote start and the app said it failed. When I got to the car, it was started and warmed up.
5. I was able to set up departure times. It heats up the battery, but it also heats the car, the seats, and the steering wheel even though the cabin heating is set to off.
I'm not sure where to turn. I searched the forum and google it.
