Ford pass charging error

For pass stopped working. no longer updates charging, shows charging error. Cr is charging no no problem but app will not update. spent hours trying remedys. Removed app, re installed it. Signed back in. Re paired the phone, that was a pain. Re set phone as key. Another pain. What can’t ford build things that work. So frustrating. Anyone else has this problem? other functions work like lock, unlock.

I've had these problems twice in the past few months. Both times the app wasn't updating with charging or charge level information but every thing else worked ok. Ford had me try several things which didn't help. What fixed it the first time was turning the share data in the car off and back on which I think reset the modem which appeared to be stuck.
The second time I waited 24hrs and it fixed itself, maybe ford server problem.

Thanks so much for your reply. Tried turning the data off and on. That didn’t work, but has it happened the next morning there was an update and now it works. Yay. Need to re do phone as key but at least it all is good. Thanks again.
