I've been using a Pixel 9 Pro that has been unable to set a target charge in the Ford Pass app to 90% since March.

I recently factory reset my 9 Pro and found out that the issue was still there. After some some further troubleshooting today, I think I discovered that there might be a scaling issue with the app.

If I have the 9 Pro running at High Resolution (960x2142) I can change the target charge to 90% and save the setting. If I change my resolution to Max (1280x2856) and try to change my target charge to 90%, it reverts to 85% when I save. If I do 95% it saves correctly.

Anyone else with a Pixel 9 Pro or other phone that change resolution able to test this out for me and confirm the issue?

Ideally, Pixel 9 Pros would be a comparable test. I have a Pixel 9 running at 1080x2424 that isn't exhibiting this issue, nor is my iPhone 13 Pro running at 1170x2532 but I highly suspect this is only an Android issue.

I have the Pixel 9 Pro XL on maximum screen resolution and I no longer have this problem. I say "no longer" because I did experience a similar problem about four months ago. I don't know exactly when, or with what update (phone or Sync), the problem was solved, but it works perfectly fine now.

The exact issue of not being able to set 90 but being able to set anything else (boncing to 85 when 90 is set but staying at 95 when that is selected) happened to me. My Pixel 9 pro is set to maximum resolution. I did end up resolving the issue by deleting my target charge in the app and deleting my home location charger in the car. I set it all back up in the app and it was working again. Although, I've noticed since the 5.23 update, I no longer have live charging information other than charge rate (which is the most important to me anyway).

The app also will NOT disable departure times. I've toggled it off in the app and in the car. I still wake up to the departure time being reenabled. So annoying. I finally just deleted the departure time slot. Ford has absolutely, breathtakingly enormous balls asking anyone to pay a subscription fee to enable software features when they still haven't figured out basic EV stuff. I still can't reliably charge my car on the Ford branded Charge Station Pro without babysitting it through a ton of faults. If I disable the charging schedule and treat it like a dumb charger, it works great. /Endrant
