Ford Pass vs actual charging time

My Ford Pass consistently tells me that it will take almost 48 hours to charge my car. For example, it said it only gained 2 miles in 2 hours which was ridiculous and that it would take 2 days to fully charge. Yet it ends up taking only a few hours. I was going to say how long it took but today all the information in my Battery Charge Log on Ford Pass is gone - that's never happened before. I use a 240V in my garage.
There is obviously a disconnect between Ford Pass and the charger.
Anyone else have this issue or suggestions?

Yes, FordPass often is inaccurate. If you're using the Ford Mobile Charge, have you checked the lights on it when it's charging?

Yes, using the Ford Mobile Charge. Lights are always blue when I check.
