Is there anyway to get a timeline on the status of the refund rebate?

Just did it. Yes, it should be knocked off the price and listed along with any other rebates as long as you discussed it with your salesperson.

Correct, purchased mine a few weeks ago. The Ford Promise was listed as a discount ($1000 at the time I bought).

Just leased last week and the $1000 in lieu of install is part of the incentives that knock down the price. Which is nice because then you can also get rebates from utility by choosing qualified chargers and federal rebate if you’re in a qualified location.

Good catch. Conflicting dates in the press release. Maybe that’s something @Ford Motor Company can clarify for us? ??

I'm sure that's an error and have a question in to Ford to confirm this.

I just heard back from Ford's Model E Comms team. The 1/31 limitation is only for the choice of either a charger or $1,000 cash.

Yeah, poorly phrased. I'll update with whatever else I hear.

We just took advantage of this in November. I believe it means you have to take delivery of a vehicle by January. But you have 60 days beyond to install and get reimbursement.
