FORD is taking details out of the FordPass app. These are details I need to get my mobile charger issues resolved with the dealer.
the dealer plugs in the car for 15 minutes and says everything’s fine 6 kW rate.
The problem typically occurs after 45 minutes to an hour when the charge rate drops to 3 kW for no reason (except what I assume is overheating)
The charge start time is important to capture here, Ford.
Please stop dumbing down the app.
