this happened to me last fall after an update and it was due to the "share driving data" setting in the "connected vehicle features" getting turned off. check and make sure at least the following settings are turned on.

When this happened to me, toggling Vehicle Connectivity worked. Just make note of the Privacy Settings and re-enable those as well.

I cleaned the cache early on - no change. All those controls on the big screen are set (and a few more)

A guy on the Lightning forum had this happen. I think he had to delete and re-load the app. IIRC, he was on iOS.

This happened to me some time ago (Android) and after a few days corrected itself. Luckily, I did not need the functionality, but it bugged me.

I did not touch the app, its cache/storage. It just came back on its own.

If removing/rebooting/re-adding does not work, contacting the BEV team or sending feedback via the car would not hurt.

(As an aside, the more I observe the app, the more it seems to be incredibly dependent on Ford's servers, which are (assumed) dependent on each vehicle's VIN entries in what I assume are multiple databases that monitor/capture the state of things. The app does not seem to be architected the way a typical mobile application would be as the calls it makes to Ford's servers seem to take a long time. Most mobile applications use very short, very small calls to/from the backend that make it feel snappy and seamless. Maybe that is what's happening and the app itself is written in an inefficient language. I've seen good improvements with almost each application revision, and Ford is trying - but when it's a consumer-facing product, fuses are appropriately short when basic things don't work.)

Well, it's back. I did two things, so I cannot be sure which fixed it (and it's possible it just "came back" and me dorking around was coincidental)

1) I deleted my charge profile for home
2) I turned the connected vehicle stuff off entirely (master switch)

I THINK (with no emperical proof) it was toggling the connected vehicle thing. I turned it off, power cycled the car and then turned it back on.

Partly I think this may be connected to a 6+ week problem with connected vehicle stuff when I was running the 6.1 powerup (which seemed to have completely broken that for a while). So it may be a side effect of that problem which I didn't notice until my next long trip.

Either way, if I were doing this again, I'd do the connected vehicle/power-cycle toggle first and see if that helped (I did have to completely exit the app and force a refresh afterwards)

I also bet it was #2. I had some missing features in the nav that were restored by toggling connected services.

This happened to me not too long ago. I believe I had to go on the car into Settings and delete the home location, and then reconfigure my home charging location and create a schedule. After doing that, the app seem to reset and I got the hundred percent charge button back.
I had to do this a couple of weeks ago. I think an OTA update corrupted the charge profile. Worked fine after deleting the location charge profile and re-adding.

Hmm, it appears mine is also missing now. Will check that share button later.

Same old PAAK rabbit hole! In my phone settings it says 4.32.1 and if I look in the Google Play store it is 4.31.1 . I do still have the charge to 100% button.
I've never seen an app with so many 1 star ratings, a real improvement would be the ability to give a 0 star rating!

Wow…I’ve been fighting this issue for 6months! I just deleted my home charging location and BAM! Fixed! Thank you for the tip!

FYI if you're on the new Fordpass UI, instead of a charge to 100% button there's a slider that appears when you're plugged in on the energy tab that you can drag to 100%.

This is a poor substitute because it doesn't reset to my normal charge limit the next time I plug in like the 'charge to 100%' button used to. That button worked great - I only need to charge to 100% once in a while, and the next time I plug in I wanted it to go back to my normal limit... now I have to remember to reset the limit every time after going to 100% for a trip. Dumb regression in functionality.

Agreed. We've told Ford that we really want two buttons back:
Charge to 100%
Charge Now

Both used to be present.
