Fordpass missing "Charge to 100%" button?

My normal charge-at-home setting is 90%. In the past, when charging, there is a button in FordPass to "Charge to 100%" which I use before going on a longer trip.

Today I'm charging and will be doing a long trip later, but cannot see anything in Fordpass about the fact the car is charging or a "Charge to 100%" button.

Everything else (PaaK, location, current status, can start car, etc) works and if I periodically refresh the app display, the increasing/current charge level shows. But nothing about "currently charging" status/info is visible.

As far as I know, my Fordpass app is up to date (it shows as such), car is a 2021 J1 X4 with PowerUp 6.6.

I did lose most of the app functionality about 2 months ago when the 6.1 powerup broke the connected vehicle stuff, but it's since restored and I've turned all the connected vehicle things back on in the pony.

Anyone else seeing anything similar?

Mine still has it. Have you tried closing and reopening it?

Yep - all the normal app related things (re-installed, rebooted phone, etc), and rebooted the car infotainment system.

Just weird when something thats been there for years goes away for no "reason".

Plug in car .
Open Ford Pass
Click on DETAILS banner

Press CHARGE TO 100%

SETTINGS in upper right brings up a sliding bar if you want to charge at 5-95%
BTW this is Android Ford Pass version 4.31.1

Yep - that is what I used to see and have used a number of times.

I'm apparently on 4.32.1 under Android 14. Just checked again and that seems to be the "most current" version of the app.

WOW that's messed up. How bout from inside the car in the charging menu/section ??

Worst case hop in the car, go to Charging and set your charge level inside the car. it'll at least get the job done. Close and reopen the screen to make sure it took, because, computers...

They all seem normal in the car - I can adjust the home charging limit and times (I don't have any times set, but). In fact, to "get by", thats what I did to get to 100%, but I'd rather not leave it there ;-)

so just wondering if in fordpass somehow or other in the charge settings the box for "charge to 100% when plugged in" got checked ? I know it sounds stupid but just a thought

There is a 'resume schedule' button usually if it's set to 100%. Might be missing/broke in that version of the app?

Same thing happened to me about a year ago. Right after an OTA. I did all the things you have tried. Sorry to say it just reappeared a couple of weeks later. There may be some old posts on this.

Yeah - like a few things with the app, I'm coming to beleive that it will (or may) "come back", but until the powers that be re-enable it, well....

This happened to me not too long ago. I believe I had to go on the car into Settings and delete the home location, and then reconfigure my home charging location and create a schedule. After doing that, the app seem to reset and I got the hundred percent charge button back.

this happened to me last fall after an update and it was due to the "share driving data" setting in the "connected vehicle features" getting turned off. check and make sure at least the following settings are turned on.

Did you try clearing the app cache on Android? That has fixed some odd problems for me in the app, in particular the remote start button was grayed out.
