To my knowledge, things should be coming back online now. Just verified myself. This was a bit of a small outage ?Tried logging into their Ford Credit website as well and it was having a ton of issues.
I am having the same issues with the new FordPass UI on my Android device. The iPhone app works perfectly. I keep taking the survey every time I move back to the older Android version of FordPass but it still is not loading completely.Same or similar experience -- using new FordPass UI and as of last night about 7pm Pacific no new car data coming in, no charge status or info overnight. App still frozen in time.
Car side seems to be fine, charged correctly per current settings on its own.
Bluetooth based functions seem to still work fine and ironically better since last updates.
I get the "Welcometo the New Ford App" and all of the details of how good it is.I am not able to login into FordPass since this am. All the Fordpass app button were in loading state. I tried switching back to previous version, even force stopping the app and now logging out. Nothing worked. I am not able to login now. Anyone facing same issue?
