Is the app down for anyone else? My car has been stuck charging at 62% according to the app but when i checked the car read 100

Seems to be working. Doesn't show the picture of the car, but the rest is OK.

Check latest software, log off, power off device and log back on. If that doee not work, uninstall the app and reinstall. At that point you may also have to set phone as a key (PAAK)

If you're in a bad cellular service area the % won't be able to update to the cloud during charging.

I deleted and reinstalled the app. That fixed it.

I had a slow down on displayed percentage while fast charging about that time too. Plugged in. Walked into a diner to get breakfast. FordPass showed the car wasn’t even charging. Walked out to check and not only was the car charging but had added quite a bit while I was sipping coffee. Walked back into the diner and FordPass showed the car was charging, but had only reached 32%. In the car it was at 64%. By the time I ate my omelet and walked back out to the car, the car had charged to 99% despite FordPass showing 81%. But I didn’t let it bother me. Can’t expect things to work perfect all the time.
