Hey All,
New owner and trying to figure out the charging log in the ford pass app when I am doing my home charges. I am using the Chargepoint home charger and it has been working well. I plug in the charger around 6pm (Chargepoint programmed to start actual charge at 10pm) and unplug around 7am next morning. In the charge log in Fordpass App, it correctly identifies when I have plugged in (6pm) and when actual charging started (10pm). Yet it has consistently confused the charging end time with the unplug time which they always report to be the same time (7am). However the actual end charging time was 2:02am. Any ideas on why this could be happening? My thought was the departure schedule (7am) is retriggering a power draw from charger and tricking it, but that did not seem to hold true in my test.
