Nothing shows up when I launch or refresh. I cleared the cache but no dice. Is it just me, do I need to clear data and repair to car? Thoughts?

This is Android, wonder if it's an Android only issue then. Unfortunately I can't install it on my iPhone as it's work issued and locked down.

Mine is working fine on Android - Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Have you tried restarting the phone? You might also consider uninstalling the app and then re-install it.

Yes. Tried restarting, will do the uninstall reinstall then. Was hoping to avoid that.

Yesterday my Android was the same. Uninstalling and reinstalling did work for me though. Not sure what might be going on with it.

I did notice that a change occurred with the App where it no longer has a small icon in the upper tray (I used to be able to pull down and open it from there). That's gone now.

I'm not sure when a Widget became available for the App, but I just added that to a page and use it now (it's basic and just shows charge status, GOM, and if it's parked). The App will open when you press it. Hope you get it sorted soon.

Yea I had the widget too but it wasn't updating and when I went to the app, blank. Well at least I brought my key to work today.

i think these guys are tweaking stuff on their back end. for the last 3-4 days i've been getting emails from ford saying that they detected unusual account activity and i need to change my password. a few hours later fordpass gets logged out. then i go change my password, open the app and log in, and then the app is stuck on the splash screen. this seems to happen a couple of times, requiring me to quit the app each time. then finally it gets past the splash screen and everything is working.

this is on iOS.

i think they have put in some kind of blocklist of IPs, because this only happens when running thru a VPN. i've looked at the DNS traffic coming from the app and decided to block one hostname on my home network that looks like it might be a telemetry server. we'll see if that solves the problem.

I ended up uninstalling the app rebooting the phone reinstalling and now it works, although I can't seem to pair the car to the phone right now. It hangs while downloading the key. Granted I'm at work and the signal isn't great here, I'll try again when I get home. Well at least I have my key today.

i ran into something like this the other day. the problem was i didn't delete the old key first before trying to set up PAAK again. i had another phone logged into FP so i was able to delete that key from that phone and then the setup worked.

i think i got past the "downloading key" in that situation though.

anyway, you might have to reset the PAAK system from the car if you can't get past this.

Think that may be the issue. No time to really trouble shoot now but think I will need to delete from car as I was not able to delete the old key either, as app was effectively unresponsive.

by the way, i did call in today because they locked me out of my account completely. while they would not give me any specifics they did agree when i mentioned i thought they must have upgraded their security recently. at the least they have blacklisted some IP addresses that they think don't belong to residential internet customers. so not surprising if they also did some PAAK work around the same time.
