FordPass location info disappeared

Yesterday, my FordPass AC charging location data disappeared:

1. AC charging location
2. Preferred charge times
3. Target charge percentage

I have had all of these things set for three years at my home, and now FordPass tells me I have no locations but will be able to add a new location/preferred charge times/target after my first AC charge session. Of course, I have completed hundreds of charge sessions in my garage, and FordPass' "Charge History" page shows completed charges as recent as yesterday, but it is now waiting for me to complete a "first" charge before I can try to add back the location I have had set for years.

Never happened to me before, and I can't think of anything that might have caused it. Some people reported a FordPass server outage yesterday, but I never noticed it and it seems to be over anyway. FordPass seems to work properly for me otherwise - PaaK, Bluetooth controls, vehicle health, etc. Android v5.6 of FordPass, which has not updated in over a month (5.7 is still not available in Google Play Store). No Mach-E software updates installed or attempted in months.

Any ideas?

I hate to suggest it but uninstall the app and reinstall? Power cycle your app? Log out and log back in?

Thanks for the suggestions. I had tried rebooting FordPass and Android, to no avail.

The fix turned out to be easy. There's a toggle switch in the car's Sync Settings>Charge to turn "Charging Locations" on/off. All my location settings were still there, just not being used somehow. So I toggled Charging Locations off and then on again, and everything seems to work fine, same as before.

Weird to see a computer get temporary amnesia for no apparent reason, after working properly for three full years.

Not too surprising.

I have a SIM-less phone (Galaxy 20) I keep in the car to stream media and run Carscanner. Sometime even Android Auto. It must connect to the Mach-E Hotspot for connectivity, of course.

This morning it kept failing to connect. I bounced the phone but that wasn't the solution. I "forgot" the network, and that wasn't the solution either. So I toggled the Hotspot in Sync4 off/on and the phone immediately connected.

It's a digital age. There are so many potential handshake failures amongst the various devices at play.
