I did not know that all alpha characters email would not work. Interesting
The problem is opposite. For some reason the FordPass servers do not like perfectly legal characters in an email address. Characters such as the hyphen or underscore will make the FP app continually think you do not have a PaaK set up. If your registered email address is made up of nothing but the 26 alpha characters and/or the 10 numeric characters, you would likely be OK. ?‍♂??

I’m sure this will get fixed just like they said the issue with the photo of my car not showing up will, oh maybe 3 months ago.

Heh, they have been working on this for at least 4 months (probably longer, I seem to recall someone getting their car in early summer who had this issue as well) and only identified the issue about a month ago. ?‍♂??

They are likely doing a case conversion on the email address at some point that deals with PaaK and have screwed it up. It is probably different code than the login code because logins work just fine. Just a guess as I have seen something similar way back in the ‘80s. ???
