Mine worked, and then stopped working. Only thing I found to fix it was uninstall and reinstall the app. That worked.....for a while and then notifications stopped again.

Make sure your connected services in the vehicle are actually working. You can turn it off and wait and then turn it back on and that sometimes resolves the issue.Mine is really acting up lately. I charged the car to 90% yesterday and my app won't update itself (still reads it's at 61%). A week or so ago, it would update regularly or when you initiated an update. I even deleted and re-installed the app. PAAK hasn't worked in so long, despite all my attempts to get it to install, I've given up. The good news, other than these issues, the car is running great!
I could ask him to do that.Could it have something to do with two different phones being linked to the account? What if your friend deletes your FordPass account from their phone?
Good suggestion but to no avail. It is connected and in my Fordpass message center I have a message stating my car has charged to 90%. But concurrently, in the Fordpass app home screen I am still at 61%. (verified the car is at 90%). Sometimes you just have to delete all the bluetooth/wireless connections and build them again. I'll do that when I have the time. Not a big deal but work to be done on the software side.Make sure your connected services in the vehicle are actually working.
