Fordtracker can't track my First Edition

As the title says, my FE was tracking fine until the car was at the Veracruz dock. Now it only gives me this message "Can't Retrieve This VIN".

The car is going to Norway, and the car was activated March 2nd 2021, "In Transit" since March 8th.

I've spoken to several people who have the same problem, regular non FE's don't seem affected by this error and the tracker is giving them updates.

Ford tracker can't track my car this week. Last week it was fine. Some software bug?

I have a non-FE model waiting at Veracruz to be shipped to Europe. Yesterday it was showing just fine, but for some reason I lost the tracker specs today.
I would think my car will be loaded on the ship in the next few days.

Has anyone been able to follow their cars traveling to Europe all the way to Antwerp?

This gives me some hope that we'll just have to wait until it gets unloaded at Antwerpen to track it again.

Needs the order number, the page you tried looks out of date, refresh.

Order number is on the window sticker, lots of threads on this, check the tracker one with a search.

Window sticker isn't available outside the US.
I just used http://www.macheforum.com/site/pages/tracker it has never had the order number column before.

Ford added it this week, you need to now supply an order number to see the output. Again there is a thread on this, give it a look over.

I got my details from there just a couple of minutes ago.

Edit: this is strange...i tried to paste another url and it keeps translating into the one above...

cached, but ok, sounds like it works fine for you, the OP not so much.

need your 4 character order number, the tracker should be removed and replaced with the new version as the use of the new order number (which can be found on your window sticker or from your dealer) made the old tracker invalid for most - moderator, can we link to the new tracker site (first link below)?? Also, by the time you get a VIN and find your 4-character order number, you can track the same info from the second link

I kept trying to track the car until I received the car in the first week of June. Ford couldn't answer me why I couldn't track the car.

But I couldn't track it on the trip from Mexico to Europe, and I couldn't track it from Verbrugge to Norway. Both those ships had vin trackers. Some other FE owners also struggled.

But now it's arrived and I couldn't be happier, I'm still sour at Ford for making the buying and tracking so difficult...
