Front/Back Cameras Inoperable Since OTA Update

Since the last OTA update the front and back cameras are inoperable-no image only a gray screen with the lane lines illustrated on the screen.

Clearly a software issue, but rebooting the computer doesn't fix the problem.

Anyone else have this problem? Or suggest a fix.

It sounds like the cameras need to be recalibrated after your OTA, which, of course, is a dealer thing.

I’m having the exact same issue - super frustrating since my ‘21 is out of warranty and yes, have to take to dealer to get recalibrated for a charge. Really hoping @Ford Motor Company can provide a solution here.

Last night the backup camera worked twice and didn’t work once, and this morning worked once and didn’t work once. So intermittent failure.
