Front Camera Fault & Pre-Collision Assist Not Available

I've seen others post about this issue, and reported various TSBs that have resolved it. Hoping to hear back from anybody that has done a TSB that actually fully resolved the issue.

My 21 has been in the shop 8 times since February, has had the coax cable and front camera module replaced at least 3 of those times, and has also been to 2 different dealerships just to make sure/get a 2nd opinion on trying to repair the issue. I still get the error code pup up daily, multiple times per day.

We filed paperwork for a buyback, but Ford just denied the buyback stating "based on your states laws and the issue, Ford will not be offering you a buyback". Basically we are outside of my state's (Oklahoma) lemon law limit, so Ford doesn't care. They only gave me two options 1) to continue attempting repairs, or 2) to trade it in. I'm incredibly frustrated as its still under warranty and yet nobody can seem to figure out a repair. Hoping some of you have had better luck.

So far so good here. I had TSB 23-2155 completed on November 8 with the new coax wiring, and now after 30 days have not seen the errors once. Was previously getting the 2 alternating error messages a couple of times per month. (2021 First Edition)

Thanks for the reply. I get the error messages 2 times a day at least. They tried TSB-2155 in October and I went a full 36 hours without the code. I was getting hopeful. They have also done TSB 23-2040 several times.
