Front Facing Camera is blocked

Ugh. Only drove this car 2 times and I already have to take it in for service?

Does anyone know if they can look up something by my VIN to see if this is indeed a trip to the dealer?

My guess is they didn't install or align the camera correctly when the windshield was replaced. I can look up codes with VIN but I'm just expecting a blocked code.

Like I was saying the other day I was speaking to the over the air update people and they said oh we see some codes on your car, but I can’t tell you what they are.
so I went to the dealer and they hooked up their little tool and camera was blocked, but nothing ever came up on my screen other than drive mode, not available but cleared after I turn the car off and back on. But we’ve had a lot of pollen and we did have some real heavy rain and at that time, something would come up saying the cruise control is not available, but the codes were just something you couldn’t clear they said they just had two or three and they’re saying blocked.

Brand new car (2023 Mach E Premiuim AWD) and have only drove it this week. ACC works but when I click on the lane centering feature I get an error that it isn't available and then a second message that says "Front facing camera is blocked". I've wiped the front camera that is directly under the frunk but still get this error. When I park though I see the front camera works and I can see things.

Side Note: I had the car 1 day and got rear-ended on the highway. No one was hurt just the cars. I just got it back from the body shop and didn't know if they covered something that just needs to be cleared. I didn't see anything on the front end through. The damage was only to the rear so they didn't replace or work on any parts on the front that I'm aware of.

Does anyone have any suggestions or is this a dealership trip for me?

Update - Dealer said the CMR module had faulty programming. Performed software update on CMR and everything started talking.

Tested BlueCruise and everything seems to be working!
