First it seems to take an act of God to get A appointment when it gets in i am delayed with We only have so many certified techs that can work on Mache So what should to Hours takes days anyone else running into this? I was having them fix the charger not shutting down after it reaches target Which I understand is downloading some updates

Just getting a Tucson area service department to answer the phone took me a day. When I got through and they heard Mach-e, it was a month and a half before the next available appointment. Sounds like it’s more widespread than I thought.

It’s not just Mach E. I called to get my pickup in to troubleshoot a code. 2 months wait!

service at multiple Ford dealers on the Mach E feels like a punishment. I get the overall feeling they resent EVs and look down on you. a simple service is quoted for a future time slot with the car having to sit a week or more just to que up for the RV tech's time even for a very simple repair.
