Good London MachE dealer for updates?

I live in Islington north London and I’m looking for recommendations on good dealers that really understand the Mach E and software updates/recalls, etc. Can drive a fair distance if required.

We purchased ours from Evans Halshaw Milton Keynes and they've been fantastic. We've had all the major recalls done through them as well. I'm currently sat in their service area waiting for new Mustang branded keys. They also have their own Master Tech who knows EVs and also one of their managers frequently helps with advice on the Facebook Owners group. These were all reasons for why we chose to buy our Mach E from them.

Highly recommended.

I use Group 1 at Newbury they are good & keep my car updated. They may have a closer Service centre

I spoke too soon. Left the dealership after wasting two hours today. My 'highly recommended' is now just a 'recommended'.

Yep. They'd received the same original keys I already had. Nobody thought to check whilst I was sat there let alone before me even arriving. Half a day wasted.

Well, they’re new keys

Only ever had excellent service from Rates Ford in Grays Essex. I drive past two other Ford dealerships when I drop my car off. They do while you wait as well

Milton Keynes bumped back up to 'Highly Recommended'. New keys ordered, checked and swapped over. Managers were very apologetic.
