Has anyone figured out how to replace their fog lamp yet?

Week one of a new 2024 Rally - The seal on my left fog lamp is broken... Haven't been able to find the part or any instruction on how to replace it.

Thanks @RoyHobbs - In the "vehicle dashboard" on Ford.com, the AI chatbot just told me pretty much the same thing as it's "not owner serviceable"

Dunno about you, but I'd gratefully pay twenty bucks to avoid a trip to a car dealership.

I'm pretty sure the entire front fascia would need to be removed. Also, you'd have to replace the entire LED lamp, it's not just a bulb that goes into a housing.

FYI - Ford has issued some sort of service bulletin on these lights that says a broken seal on a functioning light should not be replaced. In my case, when I scheduled the service, it was dripping water and non-functional, but when I dropped it off two dry days later it was working with only some visible condensation on it, so they couldn't replace it. He said he'd leave the ticket open and asked me to "come back with a picture of it not working so we can fix it". FWIW, he said the replacement unit was "a couple thousand dollars" which might explain Ford's reluctance. Something tells me Ford doesn't pay close to that though.

But that is unacceptable customer service and a waste of your time. Ford needs to step up its game on quality big time.

The good ol’ “If it isn’t 100% broken right now, we can’t fix it“ game…

I think it's time to go to a different dealer. That fog light is probably a $50 part. Removing the front fascia is time consuming and cumbersome, but not a couple thousand dollars worth of difficulty.

It would be cool if the fog lights were adjustable. You could aim them out to the side like a Formula Drift style car.
