Heated seat not working

I haven't heard of anyone else having, just wondering if it's just mine or it's known problem?
I have a 22 GTPE.
Drivers seat is the problem, passenger works fine. All seat controls work and the fuse #55 under the funk is fine. I can turn it on on the screen just no heat on both bottom and back.

Probably a loose connection under the seat.

Exactly the same issue with my Mach-e SR RWD 2021. Passenger seat heating is fine. Driver seat heating doesn’t work. I have had the Ford service team look at it and they couldn‘t find anything wrong. I’ve noticed that it gets temporarily fixed after the car was in for service to fix several TSBs. At one point it seemed to work in warmer weather but down around freezing point and below, it stopped and no longer works at all. As it took the Ford service team over a year to fix the TSBs, I’ve given up with minor issues like the heated seat. I get the impression it is a software glitch but that is just a hunch. Good luck finding a solution.

I'm thinking software too but I don't have the pin out to test it. I'll let you know what it is.
