My 2023's heat is blowing cold until it's on full heat. Also the efficiency screen doesn't register any climate use unless full heat, nor any accessories. It took a while to register exterior. It's about 58 degrees here.

Any thoughts? It's parked unplugged now. I'll give it a few hours.

What does the external temp on the Sync screen read? If something causes that to be significantly different from the true temp the climate control will be way off. For example, parking with the nose of the car facing the sun, parking in a heated/hot garage, going through a carwash, etc.

It was reading the outside temp accurately. Our close to accurate if I remember. I didn't notice any discrepancy.

The other strange thing is that it was charging my phone and my headphones via USB cable and not registering any accessory use. I used the car scanner app and didn't notice anything unusual.

I seem to have the similar problem. I'll set the cabin temperature to say, 75 F (outside temp 30 F) and on the climate screen the heat icon stays grayed out, I have to touch it to get the heat to come on.

Maybe you turned off e-heat by accident? Touch the AUTO button to reset the settings.

Update.

All is well this morning.
Left it sitting unplugged for about 16 hours (evening and overnight).
A few things I remember from yesterday that I didn't mention...
- The back of the center screen was very hot while it was acting strangely
- The climate control would turn on with the AC on although it wasn't on when the car was turned off
- I park outside and although it wasn't hot maybe the direct sunlight at home and at church had an affect (I'll use a sunshade for the windshield).

I'll keep monitoring and report back if it happens again.

Thanks everyone

Seems mine won’t get hot if seats or steering is on .always turn them off after and cabin seems to get warmer
