1 week and 1 day into my 2023 MME Premium. First EV and I am loving it, but with a few issues...

My first/main problem/gripe is the Fordpass app. I haven't found a fix, but I constantly get "Sorry, Fordpass isn't responding" (when clicking Preferred Times and Departure Times in the Vehicle section of the app) and "Sorry, something's not right" (when clicking Charge Logs). I'm trying to use the app to set the settings. Is this just something I have to live with, or what? One second it's working, then it's not for hours or days even.

Second I'm having issues connecting to OBDLink MX+ with my laptop, but I'm not going to go into that here. I have more to try yet as I just got the OBD reader last night.

Set your preferred times in the car, not FordPass. Been this way for a few months.
the app will eventually sync and display with what the car is set to.

If you have a smart phone with the Car Scanner app (Android or iOS), the OBDLink MX+ works great. I never did try to connect it to the laptops. ?‍♂?

Interesting. When I had trouble setting times in the app, I just set it in the car and haven't tried again in the app. Since others keep reporting similar behavior, I assumed it hasn't been resolved yet, but like with a lot of things some accounts are working and other not apparently.
