New update again lol! It was the 19" winter tires that was on backorder, they have 18" in stock, so i settled for those instead. So they are going to install the tow hook, make sure it is updated properly and give the paint a ceramic coating, and then im going to pick it up next thursday, the 23rd! So excited!

I ordered a portable 400V 11kw charger yesterday for use in the summer house etc, so i called an electrician this morning to check my CEE outlet at home and install a breaker so i can use that until my real charger gets installed.

Do you happen to know what this means? Are they simply putting the tow hook in the trunk, or are they installing something in the bumper? I ask because I thought all EU models came with the tow hook hardware from the factory, but if it is a dealer installed item maybe those of us in the US can get it installed also. That would be very cool because I really don't like not having a tow hook.

I dont know actually, the only thing i know is that its a detachable tow hook and that im allowed to tow 750kg (1650lbs-ish), just above what my covered trailer loaded with my Snowmobile weighs.

The dealer just told me that they needed a week to put the winter tires on, install the tow hook and do the ceramic coating. But maybe they said that just so they had some extra time. I can try and remember to ask when i pick it up though.

Oh, now I understand. They are installing a tow hitch so you can tow your snowmobile. I was hoping there might be a way to get the tow hook capability in the front bumper for towing the car if there is a problem. Oh well. Thanks for clarifying!

Finally got my Mach E! Was a bit troublesome, the dealer had been misinformed by Ford so all the cars they ordered with the glass roof did in fact not have the glass roof.
Since I ordered mine with that option it was quite troublesome.

I was left with three options:

1. Keep this car and get the money for the roof back.
2. Choosing between a black and infinite blue Mach E with glass roof, wich will arrive next month, and I get to drive this one in the meantime.
3. Wait for an all new car with color of my choosing and glass roof. Probably at least a year away.

I ended up keeping this one, I'll rather have the paint I wanted then a paint I don't like with a glass roof.

Love the car so far!! Is this when I need to start topics about how my range is so low even though it's -20°C outside? ?

If you have no garage then I guess here in Massachusetts I can live without a garage.
