I have an RWD extended range, the trim has the "tech pack +" which is similar to the American premium but without some aesthetic things like ambient lighting and the wheel arc that are in opaque plastic instead of the painted ones, in Italy these are only available for the AWD one for some reason ?‍♂

I Am originally from Rome but I live in Milan

Welcome to the forum. How long have you had the MME? Are they popular in Italy or are you a “rare bird”?

mine arrived late august and I got it mid-September (dealers suck here too)
it's quite rare because it's both electric and an expensive car, I've seen some at the dealer that arrived with mine and only a black one in the wild

Andrea, I have several friends in Milan and several others near Reggio and Parma. Plus quite a few relatives scattered around. I was in Milan last month and earlier in the year and will be going again for a couple of weeks next March.

I looked for Mach-E’s on the road both times while I was there but never saw any. Glad they are arriving there and happy to see you got one and are hopefully enjoying it. Compared to here, at least in CA, I hardly saw any charging stations. Is it difficult to find public chargers? Do you mainly charge at home?

Post some photos of your car in the city or out in the country. ?

that's cool! I did my first road trip to parma to have an excuse to stock up on parmiggiano and ham ?

here In comparison with the centre/south of Italy, there're tons more stations and we need heaps more, I don't have charging in my garage yet because I have to sort out the electrical connections to my meter (the only plug available now is connected to the condo meter).

I chose inconvenience against price, here A2A is a provider with a few charging stations and mostly 22KW ac and some 50KW dc. but they do flat billing, for 30 euros you charge as much as you want for a month.
If I wasn't using the car much or have home charging I could have considered other providers with more / closer stations but the price is 0.40 euro/KW ac and 0.45 euro/KW dc.

I like the idea of flat billing especially if you use the car a lot. I also like the photo of your Lucid Red Mach-E lightly covered in snow. ?

I spent a lot of time in Parma. Loved it. There is a neat little pizza restaurant there with an Alfa Romero theme. Lots of historic photos and relics that any car lover would appreciate.

Welcome. I was just in Venice, Borgo Valsugana, Trento, Verona, and Rome. Didn't see any MMEs but it was a quick trip. Flat billing could be a huge win for some. A former exchange student from Borgo was living with us in California when I test drove the MME back in May. He really liked it. Enjoy!
