Does anybody know of a a Ford dealer in the Boston area that has some Mach-E experience?
So my Mach-E has been running fine since they replaced a couple of cells in the battery a few months ago. But last night I pulled into the parking garage in my building and stopped the car. When I tried to go again I got the "Stop safely soon." Message and the car would not budge. The center screen and accessories all worked. I put a jumper battery on the 12v and that didn't make a difference. The garage called a tow truck to bring some dollys (the car was blocking the entire garage). But 30 min later, before the tow got there, the car started. It is now out of the way. Still no error codes.
The dealer where I bought the car is in Connecticut - 160 miles away. (I commute between CT and MA.) I think mine is the only Mach-E they have sold. So I am wondering if there is a Ford dealer in the Boston area that has more experience with the Mach-E. Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
