Hotspot - no internet connection

I set up the free AT&T trial for the hotspot feature today. After I used roughly 10mb of data, the internet stopped working. My phone connects to the hotspot but there is no internet access available. I've tried restarting sync 4, resetting the hotspot to default and removing the wifi network from my phone to no avail. Whenever I connect to the cars hotspot on my phone it says internet unavailable. The car can view the data usage from AT&T so the modem seems to be connected. Anyone have this issue or know the solution?

Now it started working again all of a sudden...

How much time went by before it worked again? Mine was working fine for about an hour this evening then stopped for the rest of my 3 hour road trip. I contacted a support agent in FordPass and got nowhere. Called At&t and had my account completely reset, reset the hotspot, no success. They are recommending I visit a dealer for any software updates.

I'm just curious if it will start working again in the morning. With a big road trip coming up on Monday I don't want to leave it up to chance.
