Internet Data Issues

Has anyone else had an issue with internet data in their MachE? Here are my issues. Vehicle shows cell signal, data transfer icon only comes on once or twice a month randomly when it feels like it. When there is no data then my pass app doesn't work at all. App shows wrong location of the car, wont remote start climate, wrong battery %, wrong departure time and date, no updates nothing. Also when there's no data the higher # Sirius radio channels do not work specifically 715 and others that need data to run, just says "no internet" (They will work when the data icon is showing, or if I connect my phones hot spot to give the car internet). Also My blue cruise has never worked from the day I bought the car 10 months ago. I was able to read trouble codes one time and the car had a eithernet communication code between the gateway and telematics module, but no light on for that code. I told the dealer this and they keep telling me that the ford service engineer "needs to try a few more things". It's been there multiple times for these same issues, so try more things like what, giving me the run around again? How about start replacing some dang modules or something. Anyway, I tried a buyback and was denied so I am currently working with an attorney for lemon law, but I just want to know if anyone else has had these issues and if they ever had theirs fixed. I do really like the car, if it worked mostly as intended. I understand software bugs, but this is way past that, I cant even remote start climate before I leave work, even if I'm in the car the pass app wont start the climate. This issue has gotten worse the longer I have owned the vehicle. Pass app was a little spotty in the begining so I figured it was a SW bug, but nope went from spotty to nearly non existant.
