How to delete PAAK properly?

After recent issues with the car my wife decided not to drive GT anymore and I deleted her phone as a PAAK, but surprisingly the phone and car can see each other and tries to connect constantly. Even today was activated wife’s profile while she was near the car with her phone. Unlink the phone, forget this device, deleting profile, deleting Fordpass, restart the phone doesn’t help. Tried to install the PAAK and delete several times doesn’t helped as well. Is there a correct procedure do delete the PAAK?

In the FordPass App that has the PAAK key setup:
1. Select the vehicle (if you have multiple Ford's registered in FordPass app)
2. Select the Vehicle tab
3. Expand FEATURES & SETTINGS section
4. Tap on the Key List tile
5. Delete the key you want to remove
