Background: I've had my Mach E for 3.5 years. I've always had my home as a target charge location, in fact it is the only target charge location. I recently had to delete and re-install Ford Pass to get PAAK to work properly.

Issue: I can no longer see any target charge locations on my phone. It says one will show up after the first AC charge. Nope, that didn't happen.

It still showed up, however, on the car under the Charging app. Aha, I thought, maybe I need to delete that one so the car and the Ford Pass app are in sync. Nope, that didn't help. I've done 3 AC charges since I deleted that location and no location shows up on either the car or the app.

The repercussion is that I can no longer schedule the charge time nor the maximum charge percentage. It starts charging immediately when I plug it in at home and will charge to 100%. Not ideal.

How do I fix this?

Hi there! Will you send us a message with your VIN and your local Ford dealer? We can investigate this charge concern on our end. Thanks!

That’s what I was hoping would happen for me but I’ve been patiently waiting since August and the cold weather is making it harder to manage manually.

Thanks for the feedback here guys. I did the factory reset and think I have everything back to normal. My connected services came back without issue it appears in about 10 minutes.
