Adding New Charge Location

I want to add my EA charge location so I can set the charging maximum to 90%. It presently defaults to 80%.

On the console I go to charge locations, click on add new location, and nothing happens. Shouldn’t the keyboard come up so the location can be typed in. I tried it also after charging at the desired location to make it easier to select. What’s wrong?

Once you click the add location, tap on the “previous locations”. You should see it there if you’ve charged there once.

On the console, there is no tab for previous locations. On FordPass the tab for previous locations have no locations listed although the charging log has the locations listed.

I have a service appointment for next week to have updates installed. Maybe that will fix my issue. I’m at 2.3 right now.

I see no previous locations either, but figured they dropped off from early Fall. Maybe not.

Level 3 chargers do not show up in previous locations for me, so can not be added to saved locations to set preferences. I have an open ticket on it, but last I heard they were still investigating. I'm starting to think it is by design to discourage unattended L3 charging. FordPass does not provide the Stop charging now button for L3 like it does for L2.
FYI, unless it has been changed, FordPass has a max. of 10 saved locations.

So the answer is “it’s another software failure” which needs correcting.
