For now, this radical idea of making repairs easy for customers is probably a pipe dream for Ford. Maybe in a decade...
Meanwhile Ford owners have to deal with:
- Finding a dealer that will accept a Mach-E appointment (most don't honor appointments made in the app)
- Praying they actually have a technician that can work on Mach-E's
- Waiting for the problem to be diagnosed over the phone with lots of help from the Ford hotline engineers
- Hoping correct parts get ordered
- Waiting for said parts to arrive while the car sits in the dealer lot inoperative
For now, this radical idea of making repairs easy for customers is probably a pipe dream for Ford. Maybe in a decade...
