I think I'm gradually realizing why I'm so excited for the Mach E.

I've owned a lifted WRX (cheesy, I know):

Then a Focus RS:

And now a Mustang GT:

I've been constantly searching for the right balance between the practicality of a hatchback and the fun of a sporty car.

The Mach E seems like it should be the perfect mix between a Mustang, a hot hatch, and an economical/environmentally friendly daily driver (with some ground clearance).

My hopes are high.

Same type of history here too, including a 3 series diesel that was hot rodded with M3 suspension, upgraded intercooler and a tune from Europe. My big interest with the MME GT is to understand how much work Ford have done regarding true performance. I hope that they've done something on a smaller scale similar to what Porsche did with the Taycan. I want repeatable, reliable performance - not one trick pony (pun intended) attributes.
