I got 22S41 & 22S29 OTA software updates on 8 July and now the car seems faster. I have since noticed tires screeching and a much more aggressive seat-pin back during acceleration. Before if I had to quickly pull into traffic, I would apply throttle and the car would simply move briskly ahead. Now I get a tire screech and an aggressive seat pin-back from the same kind of throttle application. Anyone had a similar experience?

Thanks. I have a 2022 GT and haven't noticed any particular differences in performance after 22S41, but my car didn't need 22S29 so perhaps that's what made the difference for you.

Yeah, no major difference for my 2021 GT-PE either from 22S41. 🤷‍♂️🐩

2021 FE (AWD, ER) with the OTA and I haven't noticed any performance changes.

Perhaps they included the new placebo update in yours.

I didn't notice any performance changes, but did notice 3 things:
  1. Moving to reverse or forward from parking break is a lot smoother
  2. PAAK now works consistently
  3. Leaving in hotter than hell AZ, I haven't seen any messages telling me to plug-in because it's too hot. Before, I was seeing it almost every time I shifted to park over the past 2 weeks.

Don't think my driving is different, so maybe it was the "placebo update". Still waiting for the range increase though. Anyway, thanks guys for your comments. Appreciate it.
