INDOT announced today that they were finally contracting for construction of new NEVI compliant chargers.

This is a first batch of 39 sites out of 100 applications. Noteworthy are the multiple truck stop sites for Pilot and Love's. Tesla has multiple sites including serving the various travel plaza's on the I-80 Toll Road. Construction is expected to start in 2025. INDOT plans to announce second Notice of Funding Opportunity later this year.
