Hi
I have a UK premier model 2021 AWD, ext batteries, purchased September 2020 with 4,500 miles on the clock.
In March I had the windscreen replaced and a couple of software updates.
I first noticed that the gear selected on the far right if the screen had disappeared and at that time assumed there was a setting to switch it back on. I couldn't find one and assumed it would be fixed when I had the next software update and didn't consider it to be a major issue. Most of my journey's are short distances and it was only in the summer traveling 400+ miles that I noticed other issues.
When LIM is set the set speed is not displayed.
The buffer distance for auto cruise is no longer displayed or the car image although the functionality is still working.
The Car has been back to the dealer 3 times, but they can't fix the issue, in fact they have probably made it worse. When I collected the car they told me that the frunk warning light was displayed but it was safe to drive.
On my drive back to home I noticed the turn by turn navigation was not displayed but after a few miles reappeared. It has now gone off completely. The dealer said they had a Ford specialist out during the last time they had the car, could see he did a factory reset but probably little else.
I think they may have dislodged something when they changed the screen. Has anyone else had similar problems?
