Has anyone had tissues like this with their Nav/Infotainment System. On 7 April my system quit during a 400 mile trip. The location on display when Nav failed would not change and I was continually to directed to some unidentified "designated route"; Got lost (had to go to phone to Nav); Couldn't use rest of Infotainment System or call-up home screen, system would just toggle between two screens; Android Auto quit working; XM Radio would not load (radio had been replaced just 2 Wks earlier). However AM/FM/USB music still worked.

On 8 & 9 April System was fine. Everything worked.

System stopped working again on my 10 April return trip. I had the same issues I described above. This time however the Icon representing vehicle had red "question mark" superimposed and it showed the vehicle was at the location I visited. The vehicle reported through Ford Pass that it was still there when I got back to my residence.

On 11 April System was fine. Everything worked. Those intermittent failures could mean a software issue, however XM radio had intermittent failures and it required replacement. Now it's acting up again. The car is at the dealer, probably for an extended stay. Any Ideas, thoughts, suggestions?

Hello, Walter! Send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer. I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this system concern. Thanks!

Still Looking for someone who has had their Nav stop working during a trip. My Nav failed AGAIN on a trip this Thursday (27 May). This time the infotainment worked fine, but the Nav failed again. As previous, it stopped showing location and providing guidance when we resumed our travel, after a rest stop. The Icon representing vehicle again had red "question mark" superimposed on it and showing the vehicle as never leaving the rest stop. FordPass even showed the vehicle as still at the rest stop when I ended the trip. This Nav problem always seems to happened during resumption of travel, after a rest stop. BTW Blue Cruise stopped working when the Nav stopped.

The Dealer couldn't find the cause of failure last time. So, any info on experiences/actions taken will be greatly appreciated.
