Instrument panel doesn't turn on

Everything was working fine about 5 hours ago but as I was leaving the house about 1 hour ago, I noticed the instrument panel was dark. Does anyone know why? I'm going to call the dealer tomorrow but wanted to see if anyone knows about this so I don't have to go to the dealer. Thanks!

Try turning off the car and open the door. Give it about 20 seconds or so, theme restart it. Hope it's just a glitch

Just turned on the car. No luck

You can reboot the system by holding down the power button and seek right on the steering wheel for 10 seconds.

That resets the sync screen but I don't think it does anything to the dash?

I'd probably try unplugging the 12v for 10 minutes for a hard reset and see if that fixes it.

I was actually going to go and see this before taking it to the dealer. I got into the car this morning to start up just for kicks and giggles and voila, the IPC was on. This leads me to think that it could be a wiring issue. I could prob take it to Ford but Ford would bounce it back saying that since it's not broken, they can't take a look at it. Thanks for the help everyone!

That resets the sync screen but I don't think it does anything to the dash?

Go out and try it on your car. Watch the ipc screen, it goes dark and reboots at the same time as the sync screen. Doesn’t mean it’ll help in this case, but also doesn’t mean it won’t.
