Interior Lights Removal?

Anyone have the guide on how to remove the rear interior lights. I had the hardest time trying to figure out how to yang out the rear passenger reading light, and the one in the cargo. Thanks.

I just want to know how to remove them. take them out from where they are. I was trying to remove the headliner and was strugglign to remove that rear light.
