When I first received BC it would always pull towards the center line on a 2 lane high way. I tried correcting it but it would always revert back. Now, after using it more it seems to have figured out the center of the lane and only rarely do I feel like it is "leaning" one way or the other. It still has it's moments but overall seems to be much better that it was originally.

sorry for the umpteenth BC post.......

From the 2021 Manual:

> If you drive off-center within the lane, the
system sets and maintains that preferred
lane position. The system provides
continuous assistance steering torque
input toward the preferred position.

> Note: The system can only set preferred
lane positions within the lane.

> Note: If the system cancels, the preferred
position erases. On the next activation, the
system provides continuous assistance
steering torque input toward the lane center

Perhaps one of the recent updates allows it to maintain preferred position over time?

While in ACC and on a long section of straight road, position the car where you perfer to drive and hold. After 10 to 20 sec you will feel the tug on the steering wheel fade. The ACC has now learned where you prefer to drive, left, center or right. I find that I have to repeat the process now and again for some reason. Good luck.
