I have had my MMEPAWDEx for a week and have no issues so far. Last night I had a dream that the car wasn't plugged in. I woke up and checked the Juice Box app and it showed OFFLINE. I went to the garage and messed around for a bit and figured out that it wasn't connected to the Wifi anymore so it wasn't charging. Is there a way to make sure if the WIfi goes out that it is still charged? there was nothing wrong with the wifi, I just un[lugged the Juice Box and reconnected to the wifi and got it to charge enough to get to work and back. THoughts?

The JuiceBox does not require WiFi to charge your car. If you store settings in it, it will use those settings to charge. Being offline has no impact on charging your vehicle.

When I went to check on the car the blue lights around the charging port on the car were not blinking. Which means it wasn't chargin.

There are status LEDs on the JuiceBox as well. Next time, make note of those. The JB could have detected some kind of fault and refused to charge, and unplugging it would clear that. I have had a JB for about 2 years and I've had that happen once or twice for unknown reasons.

But that doesn't tell you WHY. As I noted in response to your other thread regarding charging, you've either got something set wrong, or a problem with your charger or your car.

As you can see from the link I provided previously, the JuiceBox charger does not need to be online. You said it was offline, you didn't say what ITS lights said, or if it had lights.

I think you should consider redoing the JuiceBox setup. You can do that in the app, or via the website, then you turn off the breaker, have the app ready, turn it back on, and set it up again. This time only put in the car, and set the amperage, nothing more. Or, call JuiceBox.

When I got home yesterday I deleted and uninstalled the app. Still didn't work. I called JB and we went through everything. Turns out the weight on the charging cord was pulling the charging just enough to lose connection. I re-wrapped the cord on the JB and only let out enough to get to the car, and it worked great last night

Glad it worked for you.

Deleting and reinstalling the app would do nothing. What I told you was to delete the charger, and then re-set it up. That would have reinitialized all the settings.
